1. Digital Products Only

All items sold are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

2. Instant Access

Files become available immediately after purchase. Because delivery is instant, all sales are final.

3. Personal Use License

Purchases include a personal-use license. You may print the artwork for your home, office, or personal gifts.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the files
• Use the artwork commercially
• Claim the artwork as your own
• Modify the artwork for resale
• Upload the artwork to print‑on‑demand sites

5. Copyright Ownership

All artworks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Phillip J Gordon. Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright.

6. File Security

You are responsible for storing and backing up your files. If you lose access, you may request a replacement at the studio’s discretion.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds or exchanges are not available. If you experience a technical issue, please contact support for assistance.

8. Colour & Print Variations

Colours may vary depending on screen settings, printer profiles, and paper type. These variations are normal and not grounds for refunds.

9. Updates & Revisions

The studio may update or refine files over time. Updated versions may be provided at no additional cost when applicable.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or downloading any digital art file, you agree to these Terms of Service.
